The Directorate of ICT is at the core of Mzuzu University’s digital transformation, ensuring seamless technology integration to support learning, research, and administration. Our mission is to provide reliable, secure, and innovative ICT solutions that enhance the university’s operations and academic excellence.
We oversee the management of IT infrastructure, network systems, digital services, and cybersecurity. The directorate is also responsible for developing and implementing ICT policies, maintaining university databases, and providing technical support to students and staff. Through continuous innovation, we strive to create a digitally enabled learning environment that meets global standards.
