MSCE or its equivalent with an aggregate of not more than 30 points with at least six credits including English and any other two subjects from the following: Bible Knowledge, Chichewa, French, Geography, History, Social and Development Studies or Social and Life Skills, Life Skills or Social and Life Skills plus at least a pass in Mathematics.
