Blessings Ngwira is a Lecturer in the Department of Information and Communication Technology at Mzuzu University, Malawi. He holds an MSc in Software Project Management (with Distinction) from the University of Mauritius and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College. He also holds several industry-recognized certifications, including ITIL V4, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), SAP ERP (ESEFA certified), and Huawei Cloud Compute Technologies. With over a decade of experience, Mr. Ngwira has led the development and deployment of complex enterprise information systems, gaining advanced expertise in both technical and project management domains. His research interests include Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Software Defined Networking (SDN), with a focus on applying AI techniques to enhance network service quality.
