Reuben Moyo is a Lecturer in the Department of ICT at Mzuzu University, with over a decade of experience in academia and the tech industry. Currently pursuing a PhD in Data Science at the University of Dar es Salaam, he holds a Master of Engineering in Information and Communication Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. Reuben’s expertise covers data science, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and software development, having played a key role as the technical lead behind MiLab, a game-based virtual science lab app designed to improve access to science education in Malawian secondary schools. Additionally, he serves as a Product Development Engineer at iSConsult and has contributed to research in computer vision and mobile phone detection for examination settings. Reuben is passionate about IT management, AI, and creating scalable solutions to address educational and technological challenges in Malawi and beyond.
